Anyone know a website that list Hawaii's salt water fish laws(size limits)?

1. My friend says that Hawaii boating laws were supplemented, but I can't find it. Does any one know about the Hawaii's new boating laws pertained to 30 miles out land, and boating long-line fishing in Hawaii… Only serious responses please!!
