1. I'm 21/yr old, I got an internship in Hawaii, I just wanna know how the corporate culture it is there, is it very laid-back (get off work early or is it very cutthroat(works you like a dog)?
2. I thought it might be different from mainland, or east coast, since it's sunny Hawaii!

4. Hawai is much different form the mainland when it comes to corporate culture, they are much more relaxed in reference to office dress code, as well as attitudes. Hawaiian folks are more tolerant…I don't think cut throat is the way to describe it, the word would be "tolerance".
