Hawaii the only state to never report below 0 weather?
I read my snapple cover telling me that Hawaii is the only state to never report such temp. What about the warmer states like California and even Florida?
- There are many mountains in California that have snow virtually year round. Florida has reached sub-zero weather during massive cold fronts. In the 1980s, the citrus crops of Central Florida were threatened by such freezes and forced farmers to move their crops south.
- No, it's snowed in both California and Florida. But Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands are U.S. territories, and I don't think it's snowed in any of them.
- That seems extreme. it may have snowed in Florida But 0 is 32 degrees below freezing
- That is correct. It gets below 0 in northern Florida and California.
