If anyone is from Kauai, Hawaii, please tell me what's it like. Are there organic farmer's markets? Organic fruit stands? Natural waterfalls you can swim at? Is it safe to hike there? What are the people like? Any racism?

1. Well Kauai is preaty small.. you will be able to find your markets. like everything there are risks so you have to look where specifically you are planning to hike so yeah.
