1. Good question! That was hilarious in a disturbing 'omg they are such pretentious asses' kind of way. Totally forgot it had even existed until I saw your question a minunte ago! Maybe the season ended? Or bad ratings?
2. I know I love that show too! but this season ended. Next season should be announced soon so keep watching MTV.
3. They ended it with "Maui Fever: The Movie", which basically combined the remaining episodes and put them together as a "movie" and it aired. I'm pretty sure you can see it on MTV.com.
4. I was wondering the same thing. And I never saw the ads for the Maui movie thing.
