Hi, I'm a fairly decent cook and know how to use a cookbook, but I still don't have a lot of experience and don't know a lot of the terms and whatnot. I've been looking for classes that go over the basics, but can only find degrees. I like cooking, but I don't think I like it that much. Does anyone know of any basic 101 classes on Oahu? 1. After some research, I recommend that you get in touch with any of the Women's Health Centers and inquire about recreational cooking classes. The State Commission on Women has a list as long as your arm. Contact a few of them and I'm sure that someone will be able to point you in the right direction so that you'll be able to decide what is most convenient for your schedule.
