4. Sure it's possible to work under the table for cash. Don't get caught or you will be deported and the company or the self-employed employer will be fined for not reporting your wages to good ole Uncle Sam. And that goes for the rest of the 49 States should you decide to work for cash.
5. my auntie is not an american citizen and she works for money. so it must be possible.
6. dont bother going to any medium or large business. you do have to show proof. however if your go to small businesses like restuarants or labor type jobs like small construction jobs you maybe able to talk to the owner and work out a deal. this is illegal however it happens. talking to other construction workers might be a good lead as well. you might want to consider posting a labor for trade on craigslist.com . good luck
