I am traveling with my family(for our first trip) to Oahu next week 4/13. I see that roads are closed and the rain has just recently stopped. Does anyone know if there are limitations on activites? Maybe business' remaining closed?

1. Also, Diamond head Road is closed for 3 weeks, what will we miss?
2. don't eat to much sea food cause of the parasites and other things that be in the water down there and don't get in the water n e way
