1. Hawai'I Pacific University has two campuses on Oahu. HPU is extremely international, and it's a small-ish college. US News and World Report puts it in the third tier.

   The University of Hawai'I also has its Manoa and West Oahu campus on the island of Oahu. I have never attended a class there so can't accurately judge, but US News and World Report puts them at third tier.

   I suppose neither is a high ranking college, but it also depends on how you define "good."
