   March is about the cloest we come to winter here. Its going to be windy from periodically and it might rain on you a bit more than usual. But the tempratures are still around 78 to 88, depending on cloud cover.

2. I was in Maui in mid-March a few years ago. It was very windy. In fact, it was so windy that we couldn't go snorkeling, the boats wouldn't take us out there. But not so windy that the helicopters wouldn't fly. I don't remember any rain. The days were warm and the nights were comfortable. I only packed shorts. Maybe a hoodie or light jacket for the evening.
3. From what my parents told me, when they were there, they said that they encountered periods of showers.
