I got my husband a trip to Hawaii for xmas and I'd like to put together a gift basket with the tickets and some other things. What kind of things would go good in there? I have 2 books on Maui, some macadamia nuts, flyers and brochures from some local activities, and the tickets but it looks so empty… I need some more ideas.
