There are shows set in culturally diverse city like New York or Hawaii, where 60% of the population is Asian, that portray only whites, what does that say about our society? Many are incline to blame the writers and cry racism. Are the writers simply portraying what goes on in really life - simply that white people have no ethnic friends? Being a minority, I am incline to question the media, but the more I look around are people and their circle of friends, the more I believe that shows like Friends, Laguana Beach, Orange County, Maui Fever are just a reflection of society. So what does that say about America?

My brother went into the navy and had a one night stand she got pregnant, he got married. She is very inmature for a women in the Navy. My brother left Japan to go to Hawaii for schooling, and his wife and daughter were in California.She had orders to Japan and she claims that the Navy told her she would either have to drop her orders to Japan or leave my 9 mo. old niece behind. It is very hard for me to believe that, and I am a mother and there is no way I could ever leave my child behind. If I had to I would make sure my child was with family. As a family what should we do, and also would the Navy make you leave behind your baby?
