I am going to Maui in April. My daughter is 6 months. There is a beach with no waves there but do you think she is to young to wade with me in the water? I have seen a sling that is for taking babies in the water- anything else good out there like a floating saucer to push her around in or something?

My brother went into the navy and had a one night stand she got pregnant, he got married. She is very inmature for a women in the Navy. My brother left Japan to go to Hawaii for schooling, and his wife and daughter were in California.She had orders to Japan and she claims that the Navy told her she would either have to drop her orders to Japan or leave my 9 mo. old niece behind. It is very hard for me to believe that, and I am a mother and there is no way I could ever leave my child behind. If I had to I would make sure my child was with family. As a family what should we do, and also would the Navy make you leave behind your baby?
I Want More on Father in Hawaii, mother in Japan, and 9mo.old baby left in California with friends and not family…?
