On Oahu, Hawaii, is the old Pali road, from the lookout down to the Kaneohe side still open?

I know the road on the Honolulu side is open to the Pali overlook, just wondering if the scenic old road to Kaneohe is still drivable.

Kauai in February: North or South Side?

HI! I am going to Kauai in February for my honeymoon. I am curious, is the North or South side better? I enjoy weather but dont necessarily want gloomy rainy days, thunderstorms are more my favorite…I am looking for something with beautiful scenary and simply just a relaxing romantic environment. Please help!!
